Home of the Zebras! No, you won't see actual zebras in Lincoln but you can cheer for the home team at Lincoln High School and possibly catch a glimpse of the school mascot. Lincoln is a City in Placer County located off of Highway 65 which borders Rocklin, Roseville, Wheatland and is the sprawling neighbor to the North to the communities of Loomis, Penryn, Newcastle and Auburn. Between the years 2000 and 2010 Lincoln was the fastest growing area of urban expansion in the Country and grew by nearly 300 percent. Lincoln was originally comprised of primarily ranch land and agricultural properties before transforming in the mid 1800s into a bustling community fueled by the fires of the expanding California Central Railroad. later in the early 2000s, the Roseville area was rapidly expanding, and Lincoln became the rule for expansion rather than the exception.

The Twelve Bridges community offers homes similar to Lincoln Crossing in respect to the large square footage and upscale construction but does not have a HOA. Twelve Bridges was one of the last large communities to be built in Lincoln and is situated closer to Rocklin and Roseville. Catta Verdera is an exclusive luxury community which features extravagant custom homes, a championship 18-hole golf course known as one of the most exquisite private courses in this country club community.

Sun City Lincoln Hills is Lincolns luxurious 55+ community. Sun City Lincoln Hills is a sprawling community with rolling hills covered with lush golf courses, large waterfalls and water features throughout the community and exceptional landscaping. Dell Webb communities are well known for being active 55+ communities with countless amenities from swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes and softball field to name a few.
