HOW IT WORKS

Start You Application
Determine what type of loan you qualify for, programs you may be eligible for, apply and obtain pre-approval letter from your Lender. Natalie can refer you to great Lenders who can help!

Start Shopping
Natalie will consult with you to discover what your wants and needs are. She will guide you to the homes which match your criteria.

The Perfect Home
After touring houses, you find the perfect place to call home!

Write The Offer
After sharing in depth market analysiswith you for your prospective home purchase, Natalie will guide you through the purchase offer process.

Negotiations
Natalie will negotiate on your behalf to secure the Sellers acceptance of your offer at the best price and most favorable terms possible.

Accepted Offer
Once your offer is accepted, escrow will be opened with your initial deposit, disclosures from the Seller will be reviewed and your team assembles to see you through to closing.

Inspections
Anyagreed upon inspections you would like to have done will be ordered and completed. Its recommended that you obtain a home inspection and pest inspection to start.

Appraisal
Your Lender will order the home appraisal and Natalie will work with the team to ensure the house is ready and the appraisal is completed.

Repairs
All agreed upon repairs will be completed prior to close of escrow. Completion of repairs will be verified and viewed prior to close of escrow.

Mortgage Approval
Once your mortgage is approved and loan documents are sent to the title company, your signing appointment will be scheduled. You will bring your funds for closing at this time.

Signing
At your signing appointment, you will sign your loan documents and all necessary documentation. Your Title Representative will contact you before to let you know what to bring. Natalie will guide you.

Funding & Recording
Your Lender funds your loan and sends the money to the Title Company who records the deed to the house at the County.

Closing & Get Keys
Congratulations! Escrow has closed on your new home and you will be handed the keys. You are officially a homeowner!

Utilities
Don't forget to transfer or establish utilities and services into your name and change your address. Natalie will assit you with locating utility information needed.
